FAST, SAFE AND ADVANTAGEOUS EXPORT FROM TURKEY TO RUSSIA
Simplified Customs Line (SCL) system is based on protocols signed between governments of Turkey and the Russian Federation. Its aim is to eliminate the existing risks and uncertainties related to export of goods to Russia and to increase the trading volume between the two countries through "safer, more competitive and sustainable" trade.
Noras Group with its professional staff, contemporary information technology tools and reliable business partners operates in the most effective and functional manner within SCL framework. We offer full scope of services to our customers during the export process of goods to the Russian Federation at low cost, safely and within the shortest time.

REFERENCE PRICE IS NOT APPLIED FOR SCL!
SCL provides our exporting companies with an advantage of exemption from a general reference price applied by the customs of the Russian Federation. Thus, customs operations are not based on the general reference price, but on the unit price stated in the invoice.

Noras Group guarantees the highest quality of delivery of products to recipient's address to companies which choose Simplified Customs Line due to safety and stability that it provides.

Thus, during the process of transportation, the product can be monitored, and the delivery to the customer is done risk-free, in time and in a transparent manner.

MORE ADVANTEGEOUS TRADE WITH SCL
Companies exporting through SCL easily create their production and marketing strategies, because the costs can be calculated in advance.
In addition to risk-free trade, based on data derived from legalized under procedures, exporters shall have the opportunity to more effectively benefit from the incentives and loans provided for exporters.

What is SCL?
SCL system is based on the principle of advance electronic information exchange between Turkish and Russian Customs, regarding transportation of goods between the two countries within the framework of Protocol, signed by the Ministry of Customs and Trade of the Turkish Republic and Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation "On the simplification of customs procedures."
Physical control of outgoing goods and preparation of export documents before each shipment is organized in Turkey, in accordance with the requirements of the Russian customs. This can be determined as a "pre–custom clearance."
What is SCL System based on?
The "Protocol between Turkish Republic Customs Undersecreteriat and Russian Federation Federal Customs Department for the Simplification of Customs Processes" signed on September 18th 2008, sets the legal basis for the Simplified Customs Clearance Line.
The Protocol came into force following the declaration dated 28.10.2008 from the Russian side which specifies finalization of the approval on 27.10.2008 and on Turkish side the publication of the Cabinet Resolution dated 05.11.2008 in the Official Gazette dated 12.11.2008.
